OBS GUI changed with version 28... typically plugin either work with v27 and earlier, or 28 and later... not both
Running unpatched/insecure Win7 nowadays on a networked computer is a no-no except for those with extended MS support (think large gov't contracts) and those with extensive security awareness and tools (and usually dedicated network security config to correspond.. think mfg line with old software that can't be updated) . Win10 was a bit rough at start but is fine now... I'm holding off in Win11 until last minute, and my older systems will be re-formatted with Linux.
