Composite Blur 1.5.1

Help! I recently installed OBS on my new PC and I also download composite blur, but whenever I try to blur the background by inverting the mask it just doesn't work. Could you please help?

Hi there, I'm having an issue where the Key bindings I set in OBS are forgotten every time i restart OBS. EG they are back to null whenever I got to start a new stream. The normal key bindings for OBS parts are being remembered. I wondered if anyone has a fix or knows or a potential problem im getting and how to deal with it.
