Thank you so much for making this plugin! I can not, for the life of me, focus on adjusting my audio filters while speaking into the microphone at the same time. But now with the added delay I can tweak the filters and listen for changes without my brain getting fried from overstimulation.

Is it possible to have half/quarter FPS video capture?
