I've worked around inside OBS for a couple of hours now without getting a useful result.

I believe i got the connection/Hardware to support a 1080p stream.

But despite me not dropping FPS ingame, my viewers are experiencing issues with various laag spikes etc.

What would the ideal settings be, to get the most out of the following setup?. All help is much appreciated.

Connection:

DiffProbe release. January 2012. Build 1008.

Downstream: 46097 Kbps.

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 25274 Kbps.

Downstream: Measurement aborted due to high packet loss rate.

If your viewers are experiencing lag spikes, I recommend enabling CBR and lowering your bit rate to 3500kbps. You might also consider downscaling by 1.25, as 1080p video in Flash can be somewhat demanding on older systems sometimes.
