windows 11/10 crashing upon exiting OBS?

I'm not sure what's happening, I'll record a video for my channel just fine, then I'll exit OBS....and windows will crash saying it ran into a problem and has to restart. it's done this 3 times now, each time, I tried to close OBS.....does anyone know what's happening, is it a Hardware Encoder problem, I had this problem even when hardware encoder wasn't on though......it's really frustrating

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

It may be an issue within a third party plugin. In this case you should contact directly the dev of the plugin.
