Hi there,

I'm trying to fix a very strange problm in my opinion, but i cant solve it. I have a laptop, which i used to test a bit with obs, till my new PC arrives. I had the problem, that i disabled the Option "Capture Overlapping Windows". I found the problem: I disabled the Aero Surface. After enable it, it works fine. But now i have the new PC, i use exactly the same settings, but it doesn't work. Aero is enabled, the Overlapping is disabled, but when i start the prevoew, all windows are over the window i want to record.

Can somebody help me? I'm sorry for my bad english, i'm a german native speaker...

You need Aero enabled to capture windows behind other windows. There is no option for "capture overlapping windows", it depends entirely on whether Aero is on or not.
