Bug Report Window Capture 1600x900 Issue.

I was streaming SimCity a few days ago and because I wanted to do with things while I was playing and not have to continuously tab out I put SimCity into 1600x900 and planned to window capture it. The window capture bugged and this happened, can anyone help?

I don't play SimCity. What's the issue exactly? The screenshot seems fine.

Maybe the odd boxy glitch thing in the upper right quadrant of the screen?
