Question / Help Why is my lighting and/or quality so poor?

I think I set all my settings to 1080p and my frame rate is 60. But when I record there is some unnecessary lighting and it is still a bit blurry, although I'm more worried about the lighting... plz help. I don't know how to take screenshots and where to find it so I can't show you a pic
