Hello,

I have some weird problems with fps. When i am trying to stream Dawn of War Soulstorm obs is sending just 10-15 frames. It is weird because in game i have 130+fps doesn't matter what settings i use. My processor is not fully overwhelmed too.

Specs:
E8400 Core 2 Duo 3.00 Ghz
GF9500 GT <- I know but i dont think this is crucial for streaming if game works all right.
3 GB Ram

I've downscaled resolution (Normally i stream on 1280x720) to test if it help. No it does not.

Actually, your GPU does seem to be too slow for Game Capture. It is a very old GPU, and appears to be the bottleneck of your current capture setup.

I'm curious if Window capture would perform better in this case, though your CPU is old, too.

Even still, 10 FPS seems extraordinarily low. Give Window Capture a try and see if it changes anything?

It is the same that way ;/ I can't understand how the game is working all right but capture does not but it really can be gpu fault ;/

Well, OBS uses the GPU pretty heavily, unlike most streaming programs. The 9500 is quite an old card, and was not top of the line even when it was new. Older GPUs unfortunately seem to struggle with the demands put on them by OBS.
