Bug Report v 19.0.3 Fullscreen Projector (preview) fails to offset to 4th monitor

Instead, projector window appears on Monitor 0, (at 0,150) which happens to be the source for display capture, and results in a recursive cascade. Reverting to 19.0.2 fixed problem. (My monitor 3 is at offset 5520,150.)
