Twitch VOD not muting audio

Hello,
I'm having an issue where my VODs are still playing music, even though I think I have the settings properly configured to split the audio.

I asked another streamer friend and they have the same settings and their VODs properly mute. Is there something I'm missing to make it work? Another setting I might have missed?

I think if you go to settings>stream you will probably see your service is set to Custom and not Twitch....you have the streamlabs plugin installed which changes this if you don't disable it in their settings, that would break the VOD track functionality.

I have seen that when I start OBS the stream service sometimes sets itself to "Custom", but I have been manually changing it back. You're saying that my streamlabs plugin is causing the issue?

The "custom" streaming setting doesn't enable the Twitch VOD track. OBS has to "know" that it's connecting to the Twitch service, not just to some custom/random service. So explicitly choose the Twitch service and even better use the "Connect account" feature in the streaming settings.

This setting is profile specific, so if you use profiles and switch between different profiles, you can be connected to Twitch in one profile and connected to something else in a different profile.
