Question / Help Trying to stream World of Warcraft

I'm trying to stream a World of Warcraft private server (called arena-tournament.com). After messing around with settings for a few days I've been able to get my FPS to about 48+ in deserted areas, dropping down to around 30+ in arenas. I won't stream unless I have 60 fps in arena, it's just not worth losing fps to stream in my opinion.

The settings I'm using are somewhat random because for some reason when I change them my fps remains the same. If I change my quality to 1 and drop my bitrate or stream at 30 fps rather than 60, I'm still at 48+ fps in deserted areas etc. At first I was streaming with 17+ fps, then I changed from windowed mode maximized to fullscreen and it went up to 48. I also have aero disabled. I don't understand why my fps remains the same regardless of my settings.

I believe my system specs can be located in the OBS log I will link below, but just in case I'll list a few things :
i5 processor
8gb ram
radeon HD 7570 graphics card
hp 20" 1600x900 monitor LED with VGA cable

speed test :

if anyone doesn't want to click that for some reason it said 53ms/25.22 download mbps/4.49upload mbps

OBS log :

I'm willing to provide any more information that's necessary, or even get in a skype call with someone and share my screen if they want to help me out 1 on 1, I'd really appreciate any help I can get.

You need to enable Aero and use game capture for best results. Changing bitrate and quality etc will have very little to no impact on your game FPS. The biggest factors that affect CPU usage (and thus game FPS) are capture method, resolution and stream FPS.

Thank you very much for your help. Every guide I read told me to keep Aero disabled, and that it would reduce my fps, but after enabling it and using 720p instead of 900p+ resolution I have a solid 60 fps while doing arenas. This is exactly what I was looking for. +1 rep

Do note that if you plan on streaming a private server to Twitch for instance, you run the risk of having your channel shut down.
