Question / Help Trying to stream Dark Souls

Im trying to make Dark souls run smooth while streaming and it does when im not streaming.
oh, and another problem i have is that my stream dont go higher then 300kbs/s
even if my internet speed test say that i have 13.34 mbit/s and 2.01 mbits/s

My specs
Gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti (4050 Mb)
Cpu: AMD FX(tm)-4100 quad core processor (4CPUs) 3,6GHz
Ram: Available OS Memory: 8192 Mb Ram

Problem is undoubtedly monitor capture. I would recommend using window capture instead of monitor capture
