Trying to install - This app can't run on your PC

I've downloaded the Windows x64 installer and I've got that message. I'm running Windows 10 Pro and checked that it is 64-bit.
I can't think of any other problem. Can anyone help?

Make sure you downloaded the x64 and not the arm64 which is built for arm microprocessors.
