Question / Help Switching between scene groups

Suppose I stream Street Fighter some times, Rock Band other times, and SC2 sometimes. The webcam placement, game inputs, resolution, overlays, alternate scenes etc., are all different.

What's the best way to switch between the two? Should I just make copies scenes.xconfig for each, and then make separate Profiles for the broadcast/audio/video settings?

As for your first question, if you have that many alternate scenes, then yeah you should just keep two copies of scenes.xconfig.

As for your second question, yes, making separate profiles for the broadcast settings, such as resolution, bit rate and other settings, is the way to go.
