Streaming issue

Hello. I have an issue. i try to start streaming on youtube. all good until something happen'.

Minute 46:35 Stream suddenly started being laggy for no reason. Internet was in good standing. my pc was in good standing. in task manager nothing goes higher than 40-50%.

Apss i used: Animaze, discord, FACEIT AC, steam and CS2. And a chrome tab. no error. i tried to search for a solution online, but nothing worked for me. I mean.. my pc is not that bad i guess..

PC SPECS:
CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core I7-13700KF (24CPUs) 3.4Ghz
RAM: 32GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
HDD: 5 TB (Only games on it)
SSD: 1TB (Windows, some games, and important things)
+WATER COOLING

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Start fixing the issues pointed on the analyzer;

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.

It is better to use the NVENC encoder instead of the CPU one. This also fix the audio buffering in most cases. You can also try using AV1 encoder.
Make sure all your drivers are up to date.

ACtually i had an issue only on CS2. I limited fps to 200 from maximum and this was good. no more lags. i do some more steps from link u posted. I ll wait until next time and i come with an answer. thank you so much for help!
