Question / Help Streaming CS:GO

I can't seem to stream go without getting fps lag. I've been able to stream Dota2 and WarZ with smooth gameplay, but streaming go for me is just extremely choppy and unplayable. I've used Xsplit with and without dxtory, and OBS with and without dxtory. Here are my current stream/pc settings, which have been smooth on other games.

PC:
AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz 6-core
G.SKILL 8gb
XFX Radeon HD 6870

OBS Settings:
1100/1100 bitrate
Quality - 7
852x480 (playing on 1920x1080)
Audio - AAC 96 bitrate

Is my computer just not good enough to stream go without lagging? Or is there possibly some other way to fix this lag. I feel like i might be lagging just due to playing in windowed/noborder.

I tried using Game Capture, and it turned out to be less laggy than before. But there is still a noticeable lag. My weapon models glitch when switching as if I was getting high ping, but I stayed at a constant 30. My fps was also at 100+ the entire time. Still not sure why I feel this choppyness.

All I need help with now is this audio glitching. I've gotten the settings to be playable and watchable, but I'm still getting this audio crackling. I have my obs audio bitrate matching my windows one. It cracks even when i'm just on my desktop running music. I start streaming and i immediately hear the crackling in the audio.

Somewhat unrelated, but you should enable aero if you don't use monitor capture.
Did you try updating your sound drivers? Preferably from the official Realtek website.

So it turns out, the only reason I was lagging in-game, along with the audio crackling, was due to my webcam resolution...I manually turned it down to 480p and I'm literally lagless with clean audio. Such a weird problem. I am now getting ping spikes though, not sure if it's my internet or my stream settings. Considering the settings are so low, i'm guessing its just my internet.

Man I am having the same problem however changing my webcam resolution has not helped... This only happens on CS:GO and it is exactly as you say, weird tearing and gun animation problems, even though I'm running 200+ fps no problem and 3500kb/s.... god its frustrating.

I use EVGA Precision to cap FPS in my games. It has a "Frame Rate Target" option. If you have an ATI card I believe MSI Afterburner will also be able to do the trick.

Does anyone have fixes for this? I tried limiting my fps, switched from Game Capture to Window/Monitor, Fullscreen Mode ingame or windowed mode, nothing helped at all.

I hope someone from the OBS team can help!

(1500 kbps streaming with 30 FPS @ veryfast)

Hi, I've got exactly the same problem with CS:GO. I mean, weird glitchy animation when changing weapons, some audio stuttering etc. Additionally, the game crashed during a stream.
