Question / Help Streaming Crackle and Popping

I have a decent setup.
AMD-FX8120
GTX 660 Ti

I think it has to do with my drivers for my Gamecom 780 headset and that its usb.
Ok when I'm not streaming headset sound is clear and is working really good.
When I stream all I hear is like a static and popping it is annoying. But when I wear my razer kraken pro.
Which mic sucks but the audio is good I get no popping. so I am guessing my headset being usb is the problem.
Or my drivers don't like OBS or OBS doesn't like my drivers. Help me please.

Sometimes this happens with certain devices and motherboard USB port configurations. For some people it happens when they use their webcam and headset together, sometimes it goes away when they plug things into different ports, it seems to vary. One thing I will say is that it annoys the heck out of me and I have no idea for sure why it happens. It definitely isn't something directly in OBS itself as a cause, it's more that the combination of device APIs seem to have this happen in certain circumstances with some systems and devices.
