Stream keeps getting disconnected and start streaming button does not work, requires restart everytime

Im having this problem with OBS recently, its showing me this

prompt everytime, and when
it does, the "Start Streaming" button fails to work so I am needed to restart the application once more. OBS is updated to the newest version available.
