Bug Report Stream keeps dropping any ideas?

i was running fine all day yesterday n today then suddenly my stream keeps dropping and such like i haven't changed any settings because it was working fine and then all of a sudden im getting like 60 frames droped per sec and the bar is red and it keeps disconnecting and stuff. could this be due to a isp issue?

Unfortunately there's not much I can help with disconnects outside of what's specified in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870 -- you basically have to go through every single possibility and try to narrow it down.
