Question / Help Stream Fuzzy/Blurry When I move

Hi,
I started to use obs when it first came out and I dumped xsplit since then( this is much better program)
I have been experiencing some problems with my stream lately.
Whenever I move in bf3 or any other game, the stream becomes fuzzy/blurry.
It is really annoying and I could fix it by my self.
My Down is 17mb (sometimes 20) Up is 850 ( I know its slow but I am not looking for 720p or 1080p )
I am trying to stream at 480p and trying to make it as clear as I can but I seem to fail especially when I move.
Any help is welcome.

850 Kbps is simply far too little to stream a very high motion game such as BF3 without considerable quality loss, at any resolution. There is really only one thing you can do to resolve this issue -- Get a better Internet connection.

5 Mbps is more than the 3500 Kbps unofficial maximum that Twitch will allow, so, yes... 5 Mbps will be more than enough.

No. As I said in my first post -- 850 Kbps really is too little. Given the fact BF3 is an online title and needs bandwidth as well. So, you're looking at working with less than 850 Kbps to stream an extremely high motion title with. It's just not realistic.
