The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. First, keep Aero enabled. Then, in the first scene, have a Window Capture of the LoL client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game (or Window capture if the game is in Windowed or Borderless mode). Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to automatically swap between them: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785 Avoid Monitor capture altogether.

Oh wow, your hardware is really really bad, and you're trying to encode at some pretty high settings.

Downscale your resolution to ~360p, change your FPS to 25, and change your x264 preset to ultrafast, and then see how that goes. But dual core CPUs and super-slow GPUs like the 9500GT are absolutely terrible for streaming, so even that might not be enough.

I Get the Same Problem when i try to start a stream It goes for a second or two then It freezes but sound keeps playing Normally does the same thing even For game Record But it also ends Much eariler then what i record for. Tryed Installing and Reinstalling to see if that would work and changed Framerate Heres the Log If I did it correctly

You need more downscale, less FPS. Your computer is trying to encode an HD stream at high FPS when you only have 2 cores. Your computer just isn't powerful enough to handle it. Use more downscale, and use 30fps.
