This happens a lot, and I don't know what causes this. The OBS logs doesn't change from the moment it works to the moment it freezes :

So I can't get a log for the problem. The stream works fine, but when I open a new Chrome window it just freezes after a few seconds. Audio still works, but not video, completely crashes. The worst is if it opens the Window over OBS obs just like inks in the Chrome window (so I can still see it even if I move it, it just freezes)
It's just so frustrating having to restart stream every time I open internet.
Anyone ? If anyone wants to witness what happens go on my past broadcasts at the end : http://www.twitch.tv/clapskouille
Thanks in advance !
Edit : if you have any advice on setting to make it better quality I'd love that. My max upload rate is 700kbits so the quality has to be bad if I want to stream.
