Bug Report stream freezes after 'scene' changes with Dark Souls II

Windows 8 x64, latest OBS (tried both 32 and 64 bit), running as administrator, on nvidia optimus, running both game and OBS on nvidia card, can hook game once by using game capture with hotkey, but as soon as I alt-tab out and in, or enter a menu, or a variety of other things, stream freezes while game continues fine, and afterwards cannot resume streaming by pressing hotkey, need to restart game and OBS to get stream to work again. Log attached, but pertinent part I assume is

I've actually been playing dark souls 2 and so I tested pretty extensively today. I unfortunately did not see an issue with it, though I'm playing unmodded -- are you using the new graphical enhancement mod? I haven't had a chance to try it yet
