Question / Help Stream delays

Hi guys i need tiny help with stream settings.

I have stream dealys with 4mb bitrate - http://www.twitch.tv/dudeletmeadc/b/430284440

This problem is not hardware, I just lost frames for transmission to the server. I hope you can help me...

My gear

I5 2500k

Radeon 7970HD

8x2 gb corsair

Run a little tool called shaper probe and post the results, also post an obs log file if possible.

Twitch prefer if you don't go over 3000-3500 bitrate, try lowering the bitrate and/or change server and see if it helps.
