Occasionally when I stream/make videos with obs the edges of the game get cropped out even though it looks fine within the broadcaster, 2 games where i've noticed this happening were The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot and Civ 5
How are you capturing the game? Have you tried selecting the capture source and pressing Ctrl+F to Fit to screen? Or if it's a game source, have you tried selecting the Stretch Image to Screen option?
