Question / Help Slight video delay

Hi,

I've been streaming some Stepmania which is a very fast game where sync between audio and video is very important. It all sounds/looks great for me while streaming, no issues. When I look at the recorded video I notice that there is a short delay, long enough to notice for everyone, in the video between the audio and game capture. The audio is about half a second ahead of my video.

Anyone had this issue or any suggestion on which setting/hardware I should take a look at?

Using built in Realtek audiocard.

Have you tried fiddling with the Global Audio Time Offset setting in Advanced?

My other specs are: i7-2600k (clocked to 4Ghz), 8Gb RAM (1333Mhz), Nvidia GTX580, x2 SATA disks with a Raid0. Network is 100Mbit up/down.

Can you experiment with different offsets in the Global Audio Time Offset setting to adjust your audio timing so it syncs with the video?
