High I use a 50 inch tv to play my games on with a pc monitors on the side, I have to go into windows settings, in display , then into Set costum text size (DPI) I have mine changed to 150% so I can see text and buttons become bigger on my screen. This I think messes with OBS scalling in Monitor capture, it doesnt scale correclty at all when my base is at 1080p, and my output downscale is at 720p. I have seen this problem in many video games and easy fix is availibe if you just know how ot fix it. I posted a pic to see if you could replicate the problem thx you. I hope to see a fix soon.
