I more-or-less googled the title of the thread, and nothing showed up.
The version of OBS that I'm currently running is v0.655b 64-bit on Windows 8.1 Pro.
My current hotkeys are ALT+F10 for start and stop, and F10 for saving the buffer.
If I start the buffer via the black arrow on the main window, then F10 saves the buffer as expected. If I start the buffer via ALT+F10 (or any other hotkey that I've set up), then F10/my "Save Replay Buffer" key WILL NOT save the replay buffer - I have to stop the replay buffer instead to save the buffer thus far.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I'm missing? Do you need more details for me to help you figure out what's happening in my situation?
Thanks.
