Bug Report Roxio Game capture HD Pro Screen Glitch Help?

Anytime I start capturing my Gameplay The preview screen on my recording program glitches out after a while. I have no idea what i did and my capture card is brand new. Can somebody Help me with this problem? I have watched a video on it and it didn't help me at all.
