Rewind media and pause at start

Hello, i have a scene with media source (map fly) and would like to achieve that media restarts when inactive and the starts when active..i think currently we cannot do that..it restarts media when active again..and that gives me a black frame during transition..
it would be also great to have option pause at start and a hotkey enabled for play..

is this even possible?
