Recording results that look stuttering but not with gameplay

I did recording using the latest OBS on my Windows 11. I've also used the lowest setting in this game. The stuttering occurred when it was very obvious that I was turning a car.

Does the stutter come and go every few minutes?

Running your monitor @ 144 is going to cause nothing but stutter.

Run it @ 120 or better yet 60HZ when using OBS

Nvidia control Panel:, Fixed Refresh Rate only, no G-Sync. V-sync Fast, Triple Buffering Enabled.

I forgot to mention, use VLC when testing your files for proper playback.
