Bug Report Recording devices don't work after opening HD PVR Capture Software :(

This problem has started recently. Every time I open Total Media Extreme and OBS my microphone just stops working. If I am in Total Media Extreme and I change the device that is being recorded my microphone starts to work again but whenever I have the input to my HD PVR the mic just stops working.
