Bug Report Recorded files are joggy / freezing

I recorded some Titanfall with OBS in 1080p at 60fps ad I was very impressed with how it performed. My computer didn't lag at all and it was a very nice smooth video,.

When I tried the same with Guild Wars 2 however the final recording was joggy, it froze at certain points for maybe a second and then continued. The sound was fine and seemed to continue as normal.
I had no problems while recording, again my system had no lag filming in 1080p at 60fps while playing the game, everything was exactly the same as when I played Titanfall.

Has anyone had this issue before or can point me in the right direction?

If you need any files / further details then please just let me know and I will upload them.

I have attached an image which has a screenshot of every settings page of my recording on Guild Wars 2 (which I will mention again was the same for Titanfall and that turned out fine)

Post a log file from an OBS session with at least five minutes of high action video where the problem is occuring.

Log files include performance data that is much more useful than just screenshots of your settings. You might also post a similar log from Titanfall where the problem did not occur but everything was otherwise the same.

You appear to be saving to disk at 50,000 bitrate, not streaming, so you can probably make the following adjustments:

1) That bitrate is over-the-top, you can safely reduce it to 25,000 or probably less with no loss in quality. Personally I capture to disk at 20,000 using the same 1080p60 as you do. Your setting of 50,000 is probably not harming anything except using up more disk space than needed.
2) You can use the NVENC encoder on your 780Ti instead of x264, which should perform better. Set the NVENC preset to High Performance.
