Bug Report pushtotalk cuts off when pressing alt/shift/ctrl

When I am pressing Alt, Shift or Ctrl, Push to Talk doesn't seem to work in OBS. Doesn't show it transmitting and viewers hear my voice cutting off, when I press any of those buttons while talking.

I am using V0.52.07b aquaman build

Any way I can fix this?

There's a new option in advanced settings to allow this now. I think I may have inadvertently set it to off by default

I am guessing this is the "allow other modifiers on hotkeys" option?
When I set it to on then apply and close the window it goes straight to off again... Why is this?

EDIT:
I see it works now, but I have to select the "Disable encoding while previewing" option for it to stay on.
So in other words I have to turn this option on to turn the "allow other midifiers on hotkeys" option, Im guessing this is a small bug.
