Bug Report Problem with bitrate

I've set the bitrate for recording 8000 or 10000 and same buffer size. And when i try to record it goes to 70000 and over then iI get a BSOD.

Please attach a OBS log.

Also, Bluescreens usually only happen when your hardware is faulty, driver issues or overheating.
