Bug Report "Preview Stream & Start Stream" cause major audio issues..

So to be short i will make this simple. I do not know a thing about coding or anything, i am simply a guy who can build a computer but if it does not boot i am screwed :) Please try to understand my frustrations and stay with me.

As of the past 2-4 days i have not been able to stream due to the horrible echo, tempo, *chopped and screwed* sounds i get when i stream. Within this log you will notice it states Aero Disabled, i do not have that box checked for some reason it is still coming up like i checked it.

Now onto the issue, i can run multiple songs, video, and a game at the same time. However when i am simply trying to stream a game, with an overlay for my C920 to fit into along with .snip text for "Now Playing" through spotify i get ungodly sound mash up. Even if i disable everything except for the game capture and have no music playing my in game sounds take on the same mashed up slowed down audio. The second i stop the "preview stream" everything instantly goes back to normal.

The only streaming software i have is OBS, so what i can do is just give you the link to watch the twitch.tv video. Only thing is its going to be only of "The problem audio" Working on it now Jim!!

**Edit** I am going to show you with my full overlay and spotify running, then i will take away everything but the actual gameplay capture w/game sounds**

Here is the OBS video stream from My Twitch.TV channel..http://www.twitch.tv/gaming_with_goove/c/4237603

My cam is locked up after plenty of clean installs, drivers, and i have been streaming with this setup for about a month now. Nothing has changed except for the New OBS (Not saying thats the issue) but that is the only thing that has changed in terms of my setup.

Please let me know what you think after watching the Twitch Video. I Hope this helps! Thanks for responding!!!

**Edit** During this attempt the game sounds were actually OK except for my Voice chat in game, and then obviously the stutter and sometimes distorted music and cam issue.

Thanks for the video, I have seen this in the past, and I do have a suggestion, but before you do that, if you have time for testing, I'd love you to drop by IRC some time so I can test some things on you in regards to a new version, if you happen to have an 30 min to an hour of free time at any point. Would really help me out.

Here is the suggestion (but come by for testing of the newer version before you use it):
1.) Enable "High precision event timers" in BIOS (if the feature exists there)
2.) Run a command prompt as administrator, then type in: bcdedit /set useplatformclock true
3.) Restart and check

Again, do not use this suggestion until we at least check out the new version. The IRC is the 'live chat' button on the website, or if you know how to use IRC, it's #obsproject on quakenet. Private message me, 'Jim-' on there, and say my name, and I'll give you a build to test for this. If you happen to have time. Would really appreciate it if you do, but if you don't I understand.

Update----Thanks to JIm we have narrowed it down to my OverClock. I am running a fx4100 OC to 4.4ghz for some reason or another we have determined that the OC was the issue, i reset numbers back to factory and its all working fine now. Much love to these DEVS for sticking with it!!
