Hi There, can this gaming PC setup record in High or medium Definition with no, or not much lag whilst playing?

• Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2 Motherboard
• 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 (2 x 8GB) Memory
• 120GB Solid State Drive
• 1TB SATA3 6Gbps Hard Drive
• 24x DVD / CD Re-Writer
• 500W Power Supply
• 300Mbps PCI-E WIFI Card
• Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
• Dynamode M-1100M 2.0MP Webcam

Note: This isn't my PC, so I can't give you any more specs as it's from a website where you customise your PC.

No, this PC is a complete Budget Build and will barely be able to play even Games with proper Settings.

You want a dedicated GPU and a proper CPU. GPU anything like a nvidia GTX 1050Ti or a AMD RX 470 is a great start.

For the CPU I would suggest waiting for the AMD RyZen 5 Series since they will most likely offer a really great entry price to performance ratio for gaming and streaming with their 6C/12T Chips.
