Fist, sorry for my bad english, I am a french Canadian. If you need some clarification you can ask me.

Hey ! I am new to this, and i'm trying to stream for fun. I don't know if you can help me with my problem.

Here what "pixelisation" look like : http://www.twitch.tv/dabby1/c/1879396

I think that the way to fix it is to put the bitrate higher, but I have a problem with this, I have 90GB limit of upload/download by month. So if the stream can take like 2 GO for 5 hours it can be nice.

I can lower the resolution or IDK. here my specs if you it can help you

You need to set your bitrate higher. What bitrate are you using? If you have a cap then you probably shouldn't set it too high. To cut down on the pixelation without turning up your bitrate, try lowering the resolution. It will look a bit worse, but you won't use as much bandwidth.

Yeah, that's simply not enough bitrate for that resolution. You could maybe get an okay looking stream with 2000 bitrate, but even that probably isn't enough to get a great image. Your best bet is probably to downscale more.

Well since he only has a 2Mbps upload, he will not be able to do 2000 bitrate. I recommend not going any higher than 1500 and use 480p(854x480).
