This doesn't actually affect me directly but I stumbled across this while I was redoing some of my scenes. I didn't see this get mentioned anywhere (that or I'm terrible at doing searches) so I figure to post it here. Also, I'm on Win8.1 and maybe it's a Win8 thing.
Repro:
1) Have one source do a monitor capture and set a sub-region.
2) Create another source (this can even be in a different scene) also on monitor capture and set a sub-region.
When you start streaming or just preview, only the first source will actually show anything. The other one, regardless of what scene it is in, will just be blank.
It doesn't affect me personally because I don't actually do monitor captures, but I can potentially see someone wanting to do two different scenes where each scene tries to grab a different part of a monitor. This would prevent that from working properly.
