Bug Report ok so I keep getting an error/crash after just a few minutes

Ok so I'm sure everyone has probably heard this story at least once. I'm relatively new to streaming and Ive been trying to setup OBS right so I dont know what I'm doing im just learning through trial and error but recently I keep running into this error of taking to long to encode and my stream will freeze and it keeps repeating now I tried switching the settings around on my own and then according to what twitch recommends I believe I uploaded log files from before I adjusted to their settings and after in case it makes a difference, but my goal right now is to try and get it straightened out so I dont run into this problem anymore. I would really appreciate any help, incite, or instructions that could be provided and I figured if anyone could give me that they'd be here. So I would really appreciate anyone that can help me get back up and streaming and thank you.

So are you actually getting a crash, or just the error of taking too long to encode?

You have an APU, which is notoriously weak for streaming. Your slowdown is on the encoder step, which can be sped up by downscaling your resolution more. so try that and see if the error message goes away.

What happens is I will stream for like 10+ mins and then it will freeze the screen on the stream and my obs shows just an empty white area where what im streaming should be and in the bottom left it says taking to long to encode and then crashes. Before I adjusted to twitchs recommended settings I had like 0 dropped frames and now I think I only made it worse :/. I dunno if that answers your question like I said Im new to streaming. So just lower my resolution in obs? what would you recommend setting it to? or should I just go down the list and try until it works?

Ok I adjusted it down to 910x512 and everything seemed to be running smoothly no more dropped frames but I think like ten or twenty minutes in It goes and cuts out again so the stream freezes on the viewers end and I get the "taking to long to encode skipping frames" message in the bottom right did I not adjust it right? Or did I set something up wrong? I attached the last 2 logs I dont know if that helps or not but there they are. I really appreciate any help :)

Honestly, with an APU, you should be streaming at 480p or more likely even 360p.

just to clearify can you inform me what the down scaling is to equal what quality like I had alot of people telling me to switch to certain scales I dont even see available so I was a little lost on that subject

In your Video settings, you can set your streaming resolution. Often this resolution matches your monitor's resolution. Beneath that, you can downscale that resolution by some factor to make it smaller and easier to encode..
