OBS won't open, close, or work period

So for the past couple of days, I have been trying to get my OBS to work. At first, it just wouldn't open so I restarted my computer. When it opened upon restart it would freeze and I wasn't able to open it anymore. So I kept restarting my computer. I tried using Task Manager but that would freeze too and sometimes OBS wouldn't even show on Task Manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I have the same issue. When I try to open it through steam it says it's already running. So I restarted it one time and then my computer said I didn't have a pin so I had to wipe all of my files and start fresh; still encountering the same issue. I can't get any logs because it's constantly freezing, I deleted streamelements(just in case that was the problem), I've done a memory diagnostic and encountered no problems, I've updated windows, deleted steam and redownloaded it, and tried not using steam, nothing has worked. I'm new to using a computer so I don't know what else to do. Please help!

What you describe is more probably a system failure (windows itself) or hardware failure. OBS has nothing to do with the task manager and wont cause a freeze of it.
Make sure the copy of windows you're using was downloaded from Microsoft itself and not some random full of malwares site or worst.

Thank you for replying! Is there any way I can be sure it's a system failure? Do you know of any ways to fix that?
I got this copy of windows from Microsoft and I have anti-virus software but it hasn't detected anything
