OBS won't install

i right-click to 'Run as Administrator' but i get this message..........

i am running Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26200)......Core i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz with 64GB ram, DirectX 12, 8GB video ram

Try the newest version from https://obsproject.com/download

If that doesn't work, try the .zip file

the newest version didnt work either, same issue. but the zip has worked, been able to set & config as needed. thanks for your reply
