Bug Report OBS WebCam Freeze

When ever I stream or record after a few minutes my webcam freezes. I can un-freeze it by disabling it and enabling it (Unchecking and rechecking it) I just have to tab out constantly to fix it and its such a hassle. Thank you and have a great day!

I'm having the same issue someone please help? I don't know how to turn down the quality of the camera if that may be the issue?
