Bug Report OBS update (0.64b) graphicscapturehook64.dll

This recent update, when I try to update (0.64B), I get the following:

update failed: GraphicsCaptureHook64.dll is still in use. Close all programs and try again.

The only program(s) left to close is Windows. What is using the GraphicsCaptureHook64.dll that it wont update?

I have even tried just downloading the full installer, but then gets an error at the end with that same file. I don't know what else is using it?

You probably tried to hook explorer at some point so you'll need to reboot. If you still have problems your antivirus or security software is likely to blame.
