Hello fellow content creators,

I bought a Elgato 4k Pro capture card some months ago and i've been dealing with some issues trying to figure it out by myself but for now i think i hit a dead end. So long story short i have Gaming and Streaming PC and i use OBS on my Gaming PC to project to Streaming PC, i pull audio trough HDMI as well so no external devices and so on.

Gaming PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: ASUS Prime 5070 Ti 16gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite x870e
Cooling Fan: Arctic Liquid Freezer III
Ram: 32GB TridentZ Neo @ 6000Mhz CL30
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX 1000w
PC CASE: NZXT H6 Flow

Streaming PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus 3060 Ti 8gb Elite
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix X570-F GAMING
Cooling Fan: NZXT Kraken X73
Ram: 32GB GSKILL RipJaws @ 4000Mhz CL14
PSU: NZXT C750 GOLD
PC CASE: NZXT H710i

So the problem is that i have some kind of input lag, frame pace issues but only when i start streaming, when i try everything before i actually click start streaming it seems to work smooth, no issues what so ever but when i start streaming i have choppy image for about minute or two then it continues to be smooth then choppy again and so on, it actually feels like that in game too. I only play CS2 and i tried everything, fresh windows install, driver updates, multiple windows nothing seems to be helping if anyone has an idea how to perfectly setup capture card let me know. I cant use Duplicate Screen on capture card since my monitor on Gaming PC is 400hz and i only use 60hz on Elgato 4k Pro.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the long text, cheers.
