Bug Report OBS not showing my Elgato HD60

hey ive never made a thread here before but i hope this where it goes but i keep getting this error code every time i try to install obs so any help would be appreciated. ive reinstalled obs multiple times and restarted my computer multiple times too but i have no idea why its not working here's what it says http://prntscr.com/8ojyuk

What internet security software do you have installed?

i think windows defender or whatever comes with windows lol

now i dont get anything it just doesn't pop up now when i click on add → video capture device → nothing except my webcam is there help! please lol

Use the 32-bit version.

why would i want to do that when i have a 64 bit operating system? jw

Because the elgato drivers are 32-bit.
