So I've looked around the forums for this similar problem, and only found one thread to which never got answered.
(If this has been answered, please point me in the right direction!)
The problem is, when using OBS 32bit, once you start your stream or preview it, you cannot change any of your source settings without OBS crashing/not responding. However this problem doesn't persist with 64bit version.
"Hey, just use the 64bit version then" No can do, my capture card (AverMedia LGP) Doesn't work with 64 bit OBS.
The main problem I have with this "crash" or "freeze" however you want to call it, is setting my green screen, I can't preview and change my webcam chroma key at the same time.
If anyone has had this problem before and found a fix, please do share!
P.S This is only occurring on my laptop at the moment, it used to happen on my desktop, but has since stopped crashing and I don't know why. Both are running win10 and this problem has persisted since win8.
P.S.S I am currently at work so cannot upload any log files, I can do that later if they're needed.
