Bug Report OBS not allocating memory

Hi there. I have been having a real problem streaming since about a week ago. I cannot stream because OBS keeps crashing. I waited and wanted to make sure it kept happening before posting about it. I have attached the error report and a screen-shot of the error. Any insight and help would be greatly appreciated. :)

What happens is, as soon as I launch a game, OBS pops up that error and both OBS and the game I was playing crash. I have tested my hardware with Prime95, memtest, and OCCT to make sure it wasn't my hardware. All signs were green. Which leads me to believe its a software issue. Thank you for reading and lets get to the bottom of this. :)

I would upload the .dmp file but the uploader is saying its too large. Being 1,491kb and the limit being 1mb.

I think I fixed and found the issue. The problem was with the CLR Browser plug-in. I uninstalled everything OBS related and got a different version of CLR Browser. all is fine for me now.

It seems to be whatever video capture device you were using was the problem. This crash looks unrelated to the CLR Browser.

there was no "device" it was just the Game Capture option in OBS.
