Bug Report Obs keeps running the replay buffer

I just updated to the latest version of OBS and have set the replay buffer.
and i did a teststream to twitch and activated the replay buffer.

But after stopping the stream, obs was hanging for a good 15 seconds and continued to use the replay buffer after that.
Not sure if this is intended behaviour but i basicly expected that when i stopped my stream that it also stopped the replaybuffer instead of manually stop it.

Ah okay thanks for the information.
It was a bit unclear what was happening. I was not streaming and not previewing but i did still see a preview and was confused about what was going on.
Only the status bar showed that i was using the buffer and thats how i understood that the replay buffer was still active.
